The Youth Sunshine Committee strengthened Club operations by fostering mentorship, leadership development, and a culture of recognition within the Youth Activities department.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Implemented through peer-led initiatives and intentional engagement, the program has positively impacted morale, staff connection, and long-term employee engagement. The committee encourages staff to form connections with Members and their children to build trust and support Member retention. Members see the Youth Activities staff as part of their families.
