Take a Breather

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We created a “Take a Breather” promotion to spark interest in wine specials, increase wine sales, and offer vineyard-style hospitality at the Club.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Each day of the promotion, we did the following:

First, we chose a wine at a cost between $25-$60 and decanted it in the afternoon so it could “open up” and be enjoyable by dinnertime. We placed the decanter and bottle in a visible location and had staff prepared to share details and pair it with the appropriate featured specials.

As a result of this promotion, members were able to relax and “Take a Breather,” allowing the Club to move inventory and craft an enhanced dining experience.
