How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

It has highlighted our history to new club members and to long tenured members. It is an important part of the member experience!

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We had several input training days where we asked the staff to give input, ideas & feedback. The membership has talked about the new robust cocktail menu for many months. Given that the Rooftop Terrace Bar serves only cocktails (no food service) the exclusivity of the menu and the idea of being outside has attracted many more members and their guests. The Terrace Barr is the only outdoor space at the club so the timing of the opening could not have been better.
