How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Terrific Tuesday dinners are fun weekly-themed events that our members look forward to. Each event is geared towards member-to-member engagement, whether new or tenured. These evenings provide the perfect opportunity for our members to engage and learn about one another in an interactive setting.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Amazing Members: Profile boards showcasing the member's talents and achievements were displayed at dinner for others to learn more and chat with them!

Tuesday Tunes & Birthday Dinner: Members having birthdays during our off season were included on their half-birthday month so all could celebrate together!

Member Mixer Dinner: The Dining Room chose to seat new members with tenured members. A fun way to introduce them to each other and establish new friendships!
