(Greatest of All Time) is a Food & Beverage recognition program designed to celebrate team members who consistently show up, support their teammates, take initiative, and deliver standout hospitality. The program is not only leadership-led, but also peer-driven, allowing employees to recognize one another for the everyday moments that often go unseen but have a meaningful impact on operations and guest experience. By highlighting these behaviors in real time, the G.O.A.T. program reinforces what great hospitality looks like at Glenmoor while strengthening team connection, morale, and pride. More than just recognition, it fosters a culture where employees feel valued, appreciated, and motivated to continue showing up for both members and each other.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Weekly recognition is driven through a simple, open nomination process where both leadership and team members submit short, peer-based nominations through a central ballot box, ensuring consistent and inclusive participation. Each week, the top three G.O.A.T. earners choose between a $15 gift card or ordering lunch directly off the menu, keeping the reward personal and meaningful. At the end of each month, all weekly winners are automatically entered into a $100 prize drawing. The G.O.A.T. program reinforces the behaviors that define great hospitality at Glenmoor by recognizing the effort, attitude, and teamwork that keep service strong, shift after shift.
