Tournament Checklist

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

To assist new or current staff members with planning an event, we created a tournament checklist. It can even be used to assist anyone interested in creating an event of their own.

How was this idea implemented and what have been the club members' reactions?

The tournament checklist keeps the event coordinator on schedule through the entirety of the planning process. It also serves as a training tool for incoming staff, and can be created as a GoogleDoc to become a running checklist amongst a number of staff.
