During the busy holiday season, we used Twinkle Tents to transform a traditional Movie Night dining promotion into something more immersive and memorable for families. By creating cozy, themed tent spaces for children, the Food & Beverage Team added a thoughtful value-add that elevated the overall ambiance and made these nights feel extra special for both kids and parents.

The concept was intentionally simple and cost-effective, allowing the team to reuse tents week to week while refreshing décor to match each featured film. Twinkle Tents supported family dining by keeping children happily engaged, increased participation during a high-traffic time of year, and reinforced the Club’s focus on creating meaningful, family-friendly experiences. The idea also offers long-term flexibility, with potential to be adapted for other seasons, holidays, and departments.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The Food & Beverage team purchased small tents and floor pillows and decorated each with twinkle lights and themed touches, arranging them in a specific area to create a warm, whimsical movie-watching space. The setup was quick, low-lift, and easily refreshed each week using the same materials.

Member response was overwhelmingly positive. Parents appreciated the added value and elevated experience, while children loved having a cozy, imaginative space of their own. Reservations were fully booked, and the team received numerous compliments and requests to bring the concept back in future seasons. Based on its success, Twinkle Tents is now being explored as a repeatable, adaptable idea across the Club.
