How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

We are in the midst of a $6.1M renovation project, and implemented "Weekly Construction Videos" to keep members, both here and up North, up-to-date on the progress. Here are a few examples:

We also implemented "Weekly Dining" updates from our Dining Room Manager, as well as "Happy Hour at Home" videos to keep members engaged during quarantines.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

As the Membership and Communications Manager, I'm "behind the scenes" recording the videos, editing, and posting them online. We email them out to members and post on our website and app. Feedback has been incredibly positive. Members love watching the progress of our construction. They also enjoy seeing our Dining Room Manager each week as he discusses the specials and mixes up drinks.
