How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

At The Peninsula Golf & Country Club, we are a family club. In order to achieve this, we appeal to all of our members at all stages and seasons of life. A great example of this is our summer swim and dive team. While it is primarily a youth program we offer, we make sure that each demographics has a reason to participate and has a motivation to get excited for it.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We offer something specific for everyone and are continually assessing if we need to add more events or target a specific demographic. Members love this program and join because of the fun community we build upon each summer. We are a family at The PGCC, and the summer swim and dive team is one way we create that family!
