How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
Our "Virtual Clubhouse" event offerings started right when the pandemic first appeared as we were closed for several months for inside service. We have since reopened of course, yet continue to offer meetings and events virtually for those who still may be uncomfortable venturing out into the public.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
A "Go-To Meeting" account was established and the food & beverage team continues to brain-storm, introducing unique virtual offerings. The members have been so appreciative of this extra effort to connect with their club family.
