Weekly Cocktail Bartender Highlight

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

bartending team. New venues such as our tapas style restaurant and casual dining space brought fourth additional interaction, we wanted to make that as strong as possible while keeping the team engaged.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

All our bartenders were asked to create a beverage they enjoyed to market to the membership. Each bartender would have a week where their cocktail would be highlighted at the restaurants across campus. Sales were tracked at the end of each week and the bartender who sold the most cocktails at the end of the summer for their week won a bartending related prize and had the cocktail featured on the liquor tap system in the causal restaurant.
