How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The development of the Carmel Women in Business has allowed the club to facilitate the strengthening of connections between women. By offering monthly events along with summer socials, the group has a variety of ways to meet and mingle.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We worked closely with a committee of members to build and implement the idea. The group has been extremely well received by the membership and it has been rewarding to see new blossoming relationships between our members.
