Women's Fitness Over 40 Strength Training
How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?
The Snowmass Club's Women's Fitness Over 40 series has educated and empowered our female members to feel confident and have fun getting strong. It's reinforcing our culture and building community among members.
How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?
These fitness classes are offered in a 6-week series with two one-hour classes per week, and a third weekly workout shared for independent training. The women have loved the class because of our dynamic trainer and the small group format, which is encouraging and fun. Our members are yearning to learn more about strength and vitality through aging.
