How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Our Y.E.S. Culture has elevated customer service and provided additional value to the membership and all staff. We believe that if we take care of our staff through encouragement, recognition, and training, they will, in turn, take excellent care of our members and guests. Our members and guests frequently vocalize how attentive and thoughtful the Snowmass Club team is. These programs have also increased employee satisfaction and engagement.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Our entire Executive Team read "Yes Is The Answer" by Christine Trippi. We agreed that her hospitality and guest service philosophy rang true to the service and experience we want to provide to our members and guests at Snowmass Club. We implemented our Y.E.S. culture through the Snowmass Stash coin program, weekly pineapple award winner, and member nominations. The membership has responded positively to the implementation through constant positive feedback.
