Chevy V.I.P. - Youth Etiquette and Decorum Class

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

Chevy V.I.P etiquette and decorum class is a complimentary orientation class for our youngest members beginning at age nine, designed to introduce participants to Club safety, etiquette, and Club expectations through an immersive and engaging class, guided tour, and certification experience led by our Youth Manager. Each participant receives their own V.I.P. card, which can be redeemed for complementary soft serve in the summer or hot chocolate in the winter.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The class was developed and is led by our Youth Manager, who offers two sessions each spring and fall. Additional classes are added by demand. Members have been thrilled with the program, and attendance has been strong. Our youngest members especially enjoy learning how to navigate and use the Club, as they are permitted to be on property independently beginning at age nine, and are thrilled to have their very own V.I.P. card.
