Zombie Run

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The Zombie Run offers participants an exciting rush of adrenaline while fully embracing the Halloween spirit. This fast-paced 3K run begins with a head start, giving runners the chance to escape our staff dressed as zombies. Along the course, participants must navigate hidden obstacles while avoiding surprise zombie encounters. Those who are tagged are considered “infected,” but are still encouraged to complete the race and will receive a commemorative medal at the finish. The question remains—will you survive, or will you be infected?

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

We held it on a Monday evening to avoid conflicting with our golfers. The members had a blast and want to make it an annual tradition. We even served zombie themed drinks at the end, such as "The Annitidote."
