All registration cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by the individual whose name appears on the registration. To be valid, submit all requests to CMAA Registration. CMAA regrets that refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted; substitutions of registrations are permitted prior to the event. Only one substitution is permitted per original registrant. The individual submitting the substitution request is responsible for all financial obligations (any balance due) associated with the substitution. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited. No refunds 30 days prior to the start of the event, unless extenuating circumstances (i.e. death, accident, or serious illness).

On July 10, the Symposium will be presented virtually, enabling attendance from anywhere with a computer and Internet access.
- The full day of education includes both the club's GM/CEO/COO and the Club President.
- The 2024 virtual cost is $75 per attendee (GM/CEO/COO, Board Member, etc.).
- CMAA Attendees will earn 5 CMI Education Credits

August 25-26, 2024
Bel-Air Bay Club, Pacific Palisades, CA
The Symposium will begin on the evening of August 25 and will continue on April 26 with a full day of education at Bel-Air Bay Club in Pacific Palisades, CA. Please note that the event will take place in two different section of the Club and attendees should note addresses below for access and entry.

CMAA will not have a block of rooms at Bel-Air Bay Club. However, for accommodations options, we recommend The Fairmont, followed by The Georgian.
