The club industry looks quite a bit different than it did just four years ago. Clubs are investing heavily in their programs and facilities, waitlists are long, and new members are driving demand for innovative services. In this new world, technology plays a central role to how clubs can deliver the types of engagement that today’s members expect, but it can also be the cornerstone of club operations and planning.
We will examine how the landscape of the club industry is evolving, and the impact it is having on the technology clubs are embracing. We will also look at how data and technology as a whole can impact club management, sales & marketing, and even member satisfaction.

Develop New Leadership Skills and Advance Your Career
Offered in the fall, the Mid-Management Conference began as a grassroots effort in 1991 by the Greater Chicago Chapter to provide quality educational and networking opportunities for club management professionals who do not serve in the general manager/chief operating officer role. Education is focused on developing new skills, broadening horizons, and advancing career and certification goals.
This year’s event will take place virtually on October 24-25, 2022. Attend from anywhere with a computer and internet and explore sessions on personal leadership, club trends, and career advancement.

- Registration is $300 for CMAA Members and $350 for Non-Members and includes all education and materials.
- CMAA Attendees will earn 6 CMI Education Credits.
- Registration closes Friday, October 21 at 12:00 noon EDT.
Official programming will begin on Monday, October 24 at 11:00 a.m. and wrap up on Tuesday, October 25 at 2:30 p.m.
