National Student Education Conference

The National Student Education Conference is an opportunity for student members to enhance their CMAA experience! Experience education curated specifically for students. The curriculum will focus on teaching attendees valuable life skills and club industry-specific tips and tricks throughout the weekend.

Registration is $100 and includes all education, two evening receptions, all breakfasts, two lunches, and on-site transportation.

Trevor Coughlan, Vice President of Marketing for Jonas Club Software, has worked extensively within the technology industry developing, creating, and executing multi-strategy marketing campaigns and directing strategic initiatives. During his 15-plus years with Jonas Club Software, Trevor has travelled extensively speaking to club industry professionals about the benefits of marketing and technology. Throughout his career, Trevor has had the opportunity to address audiences throughout North America, Europe, and Asia as a frequent guest speaker for club-centric organizations. Trevor delivers a fresh perspective with his presentations and has a natural ability to convey marketing principles and practices to audiences of all types.

In this session, we will examine how the landscape of the club industry is evolving, and the impact it is having on the technology clubs are embracing. We will also look at how data and technology as a whole can impact club management, sales & marketing, and even member satisfaction. Attendees will be given the opportunity to put their own thoughts into action with a functional exercise reviewing club specific data and assessing how it could impact business decisions.
