Reinstatement of Membership

Non-paying members are dropped from the Association’s roster on December 31 of each year. They may be reinstated within one year by the following means:

1. Submitting their dues within 12 months from the expiration date of the membership, accompanied by the designated late fee (if applicable).

2. Submitting verification of membership signed by the chapter they have joined along with their dues and/or fees, if they were dropped for non chapter affiliation.

Those who have not been affiliated with the Association for more than one year must rejoin as new members should they qualify. They will appear on a new member listing and their prior membership status and member number will be noted.

If more than one year has passed since termination, individuals unemployed or employed at positions other than bona fide clubs are not eligible to rejoin.
