Each summer, hospitality students have the opportunity to intern at some of the most impressive clubs around the country. In this episode, we chat with Kelsey Burke, about what her internship experience was like. Kelsey is a CMAA Student Member and interned at Myers Park Country Club in Charlotte, NC. Kelsey shared what she learned and some of her advice for future interns. We talked a lot about the importance of authenticity and trying new things.
