Social Activities at Meetings

Description

We decided to implement social games at the beginning or end of our meetings to encourage our members to socialize with each other and to have something fun to look forward to every meeting. This has increased attendance and has boosted participation during meetings showcased our event.

Implementation

Our social events chair will plan games for every meeting and will have a prize accompany each game. Our members look forward to these activities because they know there is a possibility they could walk away with a prize but also, they know that the competitive energy makes their peers show their personalities more and it's super fun to see them engage with each other. They specially like games that are interactive and are done in team or partners.
