Stock Farm is located in the heart of the Bitterroot Valley in Western Montana. Nestled in the hills above the city of Hamilton, is a masterpiece that evolved from the vision of Charles Schwab and his passion for golf, shooting, and fly-fishing. Golf Course architect and designer, Tom Fazio, calls Stock Farm Club “The Augusta of the West.”

Stock Farm Club boasts one of the longest outdoor seasons in Montana, with golf available to play from April through November. Some of the country’s best skiing is easily accessible in all directions from the club. Catering Manager

Brief Job Description

Reports to the Clubhouse Manager. Manages all aspects of catering services. Works directly and closely with Clubhouse Manager and other Managers to coordinate needs and ensure staff availability, regarding all aspects of events and food needs for activities. Works closely with Executive Chef related to dining needs for activities. Is responsible for Event quotes, BEO's, ensuring coordinated efforts and communication.

Candidate Qualifications

High school enrollment, diploma or successful equivalency completion required.
Catering, food and beverage customer service experience preferred.
Hospitality and/or bartending knowledge preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
Proficient in Jonas Point of Sale.
