Assistant Clubhouse Manager
Brief Job Description
The Assistant Clubhouse Manager oversees the daily operation of the clubhouse with emphasis on food and beverage, housekeeping, locker room, Clubhouse appearance and Club events. This Manager promotes a sense of hospitality and professionalism, while being highly visible and accessible to the Membership. This individual will plan and implement budgets, supervise subordinates, and assure that the wants and needs of Club Members are consistently met or exceeded.
This position requires the ability to organize, delegate, be personable, decisive, and willing to work in a team environment with an emphasis on leadership. This position requires a flexible schedule of working nights, weekends, and holidays. You will report directly to the Director of Clubhouse Operations and manage a team of 30+. This individual will make sure that all Club Standards are being met while promoting the Club’s culture.
