Food and Beverage Manager
Brief Job Description
The Food and Beverage Manager will assist management with overseeing the daily operations in the F&B department. Duties will include, but not be limited to:
-Ensuring proper service and training of staff
-Assist with setup and break down of daily service, and private events
-Maintain a safe work environment
-Foster a high energy, friendly, and professional work environment.
-Train and ensure proper chit processing with POS system
-Lead by example, positivity, and always be a pro
-Assist with inventory, ordering, and receiving goods
-Assist with ensuring proper staffing levels for busy and down times
-Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends & holidays
