Jeff Isbell, CCM

Jeff Isbell, CCM (Certified Club Manager), General Manager of the Renaissance in Haverhill, MA, was elected to the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 2023 World Conference and Club Business Expo, held in Orlando, FL in February. He was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a one-year term.

Prior to his current appointment, he served in management roles at North Andover Country Club in North Andover, MA, Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, MA, Braeburn Country Club in West Newton, MA; Belmont Country Club in Belmont, MA; Bald Peak Country Club in Moultonborough, NH. He began his career in the club industry at Yeomans Hall Club in Hanahan, SC. Isbell is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BS Individual Concentration in Hospitality and Human Resources.

Isbell first joined CMAA in 2001 and was an active Student Member from 1999-2001. He earned his CCM designation in 2007 and achieved admittance to CMAA’s Honor Society in 2013. He has volunteered on several CMAA national committees including the Chapter Relations, Communications, Corporate Relations, Membership, and Technology Committees. In 2023, he will serve as the Chairman of the Advocacy Committee.

On the chapter level, Isbell has been active in the New England Chapter, serving as its President from 2019-2021.

Isbell will work with the Board of Directors to collaborate with the membership, National Committees and Task Forces, Partners, and the National Headquarters team, to advance the club management profession and the greater industry.
