Jeff Isbell, CCM

Jeff Isbell, CCM (Certified Club Manager), General Manager of the Renaissance in Haverhill, MA, was re-elected to the Club Management Association of America (CMAA) Board of Directors at its 2024 World Conference and Club Business Expo, held in Las Vegas, NV. He was first elected in 2019 and has been re-elected to serve on the Board of Directors for a three-year term.

Prior to his current appointment, he served in management roles at North Andover Country Club in North Andover, MA, Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, MA, Braeburn Country Club in West Newton, MA; Belmont Country Club in Belmont, MA; Bald Peak Country Club in Moultonborough, NH. He began his career in the club industry at Yeomans Hall Club in Hanahan, SC. Isbell is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts with a BS Individual Concentration in Hospitality and Human Resources.

Isbell first joined CMAA in 2001 and was an active Student Member from 1999-2001. He earned his CCM designation in 2007 and achieved admittance to CMAA’s Honor Society in 2013. He has volunteered on several CMAA national committees including the Advocacy, Chapter Relations, Communications, Corporate Relations, Membership, and Technology Committees. In 2024, he will serve as the Chairman of the Chapter Relations Committee.

On the chapter level, Isbell has been active in the New England Chapter, serving as its President from 2019-2021.

As a CMAA Board member, Isbell will work together with the membership, National Committees and Task Forces, Partners, and the National Headquarters team to advance the profession and the broader industry collaboratively.
