Karima Ouazzani

Karima Ouazzani is the Manager, Education. In her role, she supports the design, coordination, and delivery of CMAA's professional development programs, with a focus on enhancing learning experiences and member engagement across in-person and virtual platforms.

Karima brings more than a decade of experience in hospitality and private club leadership, including serving as Director of Membership and Club Operations at a private club in Washington, DC, and holding senior management roles as a General Manager and Director of Operations in fine dining establishments and private event spaces. Her background spans operations, member engagement, event programming, and team development, with advanced studies in organizational behavior, and hospitality administration and management.

Karima is passionate about elevating professional education within the club industry and supporting leaders in their career growth.
