With the challenges and reductions of H2B visas, Clubs within close geographical proximity are working together to share key Turf grass laborers to get the job done.

Implementation

It started in the midst of the pandemic with the reality of delayed workers or news of no workers due to a reduced and fragile H2B system. Neighboring clubs were able to "share" key laborers that was mutually beneficial to the Club and to the Laborers for the added opportunity.
