Golf Facilities

  • 18 hole course, par 72, designed by Hale Irwin, opened 1996
  • 9 hole course, par 36, designed by Tom Fazio, opened 2007
The membership recently approved a $7.5M renovation of the original Hale Irwin course. Davis Love III and Beau Welling are the architects for the project.

Tennis Facilities

  • 6 indoor outdoor Hard courts
The Club has 6 recently constructed tennis courts, two of which are domed seasonally for winter play.

Swimming Facilities

  • 3 Outdoor
The Club has a four lane Lap Pool, a Spa pool and a large Family pool.

Other Athletic Facilities

The Club has a year round Fitness Center, with Adult and Family Locker Rooms.

The Valley Club dining options vary with the season. May through October represent the bulk of our summer season in which there is regularly scheduled member dining at our various food outlets. December is also a busy time for those members in town for the holidays. During the other months of the year we only schedule private or special member events.

Special Club Features

The Valley Club is reflective of the resort mountain culture of the community and is the only private club in the Wood River Valley.  Over 70% of our membership are affluent seasonal residents, from all over the country.  The Club is at its busiest during the months of June, July, August and September.  The common thread among our members and staff is the love of the outdoors and appreciation for the quality of life we all enjoy.

Club is open 7 days per week, 8 months per year.
