Job Type

• Mixes, prepares and serves beverages according to Misquamicut Club recipes and standards
• Stocks and maintains par levels of beer, wine, liquor, soft drinks and mixers
• Displays full knowledge of all food and beverage offerings
• Prepare and stock garnishes to established par levels
• Completes regular bar inventory
• Sets up, stocks and breaks down satellite bars as required
• Maintains accurate inventory of satellite/special event bars
• Accurately bills food and beverage charges to the proper member account (Name & Member Number)
• Enters orders into POS system communicating any allergies/special requests/ingredients through the POS system and to the expeditor
• Ensures safety, cleanliness and presentation bar area; all areas to be surgically clean at all times
• Removes recycling and garbage throughout shift at and end of day/night
• Completes all side work and opening/closing duties
• Attends all pre-meal meetings as requested by supervisor
• Responsible for closing clubhouse
• Locks and secures all beverage storage areas, bars and service areas
• Oversees beverage program to include wine service and stewarding
• May be called on to oversee dining room floor or other events as needed
