Rolling Rock Club features various dining outlets of varying sizes and capacities. Open 7 days a week, 11 months a year, the club offers A la Carte Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Private Parties, Catered Events, Club Events and Weddings make up a large majority of the clubs F&B Revenue.

Located in Ligonier, PA, approximately one hour East of Pittsburgh, Rolling Rock Club is sprawled over approximately 800 acres of beautiful and picturesque landscape. Described by many as a Sportsman's Paradise, the club features unique amenties such as 6.5 Miles of Trout Stream, Upland Game Hunting, Competitive Skeet and Trap Shooting. In addition to it's unique amenities, the club also offers more traditional activities such as an 18-Hole Donald Ross designed golf course, Swimming and Tennis facilities, and a Fitness Center.

Brief Job Description

Rolling Rock's program is designed as a Rotational Internship with a 65% focus in the Food and Beverage Departments. Interns will also spend time in the Clubs various recreation departments including but not limited to: Game Bird Hunting, Clay Bird Shooting, Trout Fishing. Additionally, successful candidates will rotate through clubhouse departments such as Houskeeping, Laundry, Floral, Reservations/Events, and Accounting. 

Internships will effectively run from Memorial Day through Mid-August. All interns will be eligble to participate in WSET LEvel 1 Certification among other educational trips. 

Candidate Qualifications

Hardworking individuals with positive attitudes a must. Previous experience in FOod and Beverage a plus, but not a requirement. 

Educational Requirements

Candidates currently pursuing a degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management are preferred, but not required.
