Job Type

The main focus of the Bartender is to provide beverage service to our Members and their guests of Gozzer Ranch. Duties will include, but not limited to, recipe to delivery drink preparation, waiting on tables, serving drinks, inventory control, cleaning and sanitizing your work area daily, as well as helping management with special events. 

• Ensure that members and their guests are greeted promptly upon arrival  
• Ensure that all amenities are in order and ready to be presented to the member and their guest
• Prepare Bar Area for service to include: chairs and tables are in proper place, making sure the bar is stocked and adequately ready
• For service, help service staff with lunch and dinner setup when possible, complete all posted side work
• Must have very good knowledge of proper beverage service  
• Must adhere to Gozzer Ranch uniform and appearance standards
• Provide the members and guests with prompt and professional service.
• Maintain bar cleanliness at all times during hours of operations
• Keep all bar areas organized and uncluttered at all times
• Must complete all opening and closing procedures, daily side works and weekly side works
•  During special functions the bartender will help the Bar Manager with on location bar setup and provide service as needed
• Knowledge and adherence to all state laws pertaining to the sale and service of liquor and other alcoholic beverages
• Address Safety and Maintenance concerns immediately to immediate supervisor and follow up conducted, as well as complying with Idaho State Health and Wellness regulations 

Hourly Wage
