Doggy-Bag Coat Check

Description

We have created the Doggy-bag coat check, a service where we temporarily store your doggy-bag until you as the Member are ready to leave the Club. We give you a Doggy-Bag claim check in exchange for your leftovers, storing them at the front desk on the hanger with the corresponding number to the tag.

This idea has added another level of service and thoughtfulness with the dining experience.

Implementation

The idea was simple to setup and communicate among the dining room managers and staff. The service staff offers the service, explaining the detail and most Members take advantage of this if they are not immediately ready to go. Most Members are thrilled to take advantage of this service.
