How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

“Farm to Table” is an event that brings local food products to an intimate outdoor table setting, separate from our usual dinner seating. This night is a 50 seat dinner out on our terrace overlooking the most gorgeous sunset. It is one of the most sought after evenings and sold out within days.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

All members who attend are asked to wear white or neutral colors. Local oysters, meats, lobster, potatoes, berries, and vegetables are created into mouth watering dishes. The community table scape is very natural with gauze runners, mason jars, white hydrangeas and printed menus. The night begins with a cocktail party and passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a 3-course menu announced by our executive chef, and our pastry chef. We are lucky enough that Cape Cod has endless local roots for us to present in this manner.
