GO Fresh, GO Bold and GO Sweet

How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

The implementation of the GO Fresh, GO Bold and GO Sweet initiatives have been better than anticipated. We have seen our Members really embrace the idea of “gifting” these items to each other and guests. A huge benefit of this idea includes increased revenue for the Food & Beverage Operation without incurring additional payroll costs. This has also allowed our pastry team to also expand their creativity and have fun with their work through the delicious GO Fresh and GO Sweet offerings.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

This idea came from our Director of Culinary, Derin Moore, CCM and Executive Pastry Chef, Tom Vaccaro, CMB, based on their previous culinary experiences. Our Members take pride in sharing these items with family and friends as they are specifically cultivated here on property by our Grey Oaks team. Members have not only raved about the taste and quality of these items, but also appreciate the sustainability aspect of the Grey Oaks Honey. It has been incredible to hear the member feedback about the talent and imagination of our team as a result of this idea. The GO Fresh, GO Bold and GO Sweet items are especially popular around the holidays but are offered year-round.
