Description

Offering complimentary classes and demonstrations of new instructors and group exercise classes give members that are not familiar with or feel intimated by some of the fitness equipment an opportunity to come out and ask questions without feeling out of place. Overall, the Fit Fest was well received. Members loved the chair massages and information from the registered dieticians.

Implementation

This was the best opportunity for our members to see and experience products and services for all ages. Members enjoyed the day and attendance has increase for our group exercise classes.
