Helping Each Other

Description

These employee assistance programs have helped with employees that are in or have been in need in need of financial assistance, paid time off or personal counseling and/or growth. It has done wonders for the morale of the staff and has helped reduce turnover and employee discipline issues in all departments.

Implementation

The program is not widely known about by the vast membership but entering into the Idea Fair is going to be one of the ways we introduce them. A committee of employees was put together by HR to create, implement and promote the programs which were introduced in an all staff meeting.
