This had enhanced the employee's experience by offering motivational and educational topics. The purpose is to be engaged with each other and in all areas of the Club. When staff and club members subscribe to this free podcast, episodes automatically download to the phone, tablet or computer.

Implementation

Club Members are now listening to the podcast and are entertained by what they are hearing and get to know the staff on a new level. Members love that staff are featured and prize drawings are offered. Comments about the show can be emailed to Thomas directly.
