Here at the Houston Racquet Club, we are interacting with our members and staff in a fun and interactive way. We have interviewed over 70 team members and what better way to engage with our employees than featuring them on a Podcast?

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

Club members and staff are tuning into our Insider Podcast for some inspiration and motivational material and learning who our team members are! We have improved our work culture, reduced turnover, built the team members and Club member relationships and most of all, continues to build on our Family Club.
