New Member Ambassador Program

Description

The Ambassador Program is a great way to welcome our new members and help them acclimate quickly to the Club. Each Membership Committee Member is assigned to new members as their ambassador, based on similar demographics and interests. They reach out to the new members to invite them to New Member events, Card play, Golf & Tennis or simply to say hello & welcome. This also gives the new members a point of contact or just a familiar face while they settle in and meet more people.

Implementation

This idea is implemented during our monthly Committee Meetings, where a new list of members is presented and assigned to Committee Members, and they are encouraged to reach out to introduce themselves and welcome them to our Club. Both the Ambassadors and new members have expressed how great this program is to meet people and create long-lasting friendships.
