Outside the Club, Inside the Club

Description

The dinner was used to transport members to another part of the country using ingredients sourced right from that area and decor. The room was decorated with colors, textures and props that would give the room a feel of being transported to Oregon.

Implementation

The heart of the event was crafting the menu by sourcing local products from Oregon. A food truck was also created to give the illusion of the street food in Portland. Members were amazed by the attention of detail from the dinner and how they really felt transported across the country.
