Sand Castle Day

Description

Teamwork, creativity, and patience are all words that describe our Sand Castle contest at Champions Run. The sand was used from our leftover Bunker Renovation in 2019. Several groups of kids get together to build a sandcastle, poolside, which consists of set rules such as maintaining time limit, the number of tools allowed, and the number of team members. Our members love friendly competition, and this is definitely one of them!

Implementation

Lifeguards are the judges of the creativity of the sandcastles and it gets intense in the hot summer sun. Parents enjoy seeing their children work together, as much as the kids love to participate. We think it is pretty awesome to see what the kids come up with.
