Staff Communication

Description

Fiddler’s Elbow ensures proper communication with its staff by using a variety of platforms to get in touch. Fiddler’s also maintains a “Social Media Schedule” which includes motivational posts every Monday, employees’ birthdays and work anniversaries on the first of each month, “Throwback Thursday” pictures, and more.

Implementation

Although this idea does not involve membership directly, there is still an effect that is felt by them indirectly. Proper communication with staff ensures higher staff morale, which can then be translated to members through service.
