Thanksgiving Tips & Tricks Cooking Class

Preparing Thanksgiving dinner may not always be fun…but learning how to do it from the Executive Chef and his team is- especially with a glass of wine in your hand!

Our Inaugural Thanksgiving Tips and Tricks on November 12, 2019 hosted couples, singles, friends and family. The Dining Room was transformed to a culinary experience, fit with areas that included stove tops, ingredients and utensils. Our culinary leaders and Wine Director created an experience to remember by teaching interactive cooking and cocktailing techniques at different stations, all the while sipping libations as they moved from station to station.

Implementation

Thirty adults (we had a healthy wait list of over 40) paid $75.00 per person to learn professional culinary tips, accompanied with some fun holiday beverages. The cost covered their wine and beer throughout the evening, heavy hors d’oeuvres, chef hats, aprons, and loads of education from our Executive Chef Matthew, his Sous Chefs Heather and Adrian, and our Wine Director Jeff Turok. They were also able to take home a recipe book that had every item they prepared or made during the event. The event sold out so quickly on our website that we ended up creating an entire additional night to accommodate those on the wait list. The Member feedback was so overwhelmingly positive, we are assessing future holidays and cooking events to add a new "Tips and Tricks"!
