How has this idea enhanced your club's operation, etc.?

In an effort to promote a return to the social dining experience, our talented F&B team wanted to bring the exciting trend of butcher boards displays to our dining room menus. By doing so, revenue increased by an average of 31% on the evenings that the specials were featured. These specials challenge our team to keep menus fresh, exciting and creative.

How was this idea implemented, and what have been the club members' reactions?

The board specials were very well-received by diners, with many tables ordering more than one. The membership was excited to see something new and truly enjoyed the "beauty" of the display as much as the taste! Due to the popularity of the specials, our dining team will now plan to feature one monthly in the coming year.
