Underground Dinner

Description

The Underground Dinner is a HUGE hit with our Members! This event gives Members an opportunity to dine in the Prep Kitchen while the Executive Chef and his culinary team prepare dinner in their presence. The multi-course dinner also includes wine pairings by a local Sommelier. As one of our "pop-up" dining events featured throughout the season, the Underground Dinner could not be more popular!

Implementation

Executive Chef Peter Zoole and his culinary team, along with Pastry Chef Dana Ianelli, combine their thoughts and talents to create the perfect dining evening for our Members. Much preparation goes into the event from choosing the ingredients, the dishes and portion sizes, the wine choices, and of course, the execution of the dinners. The menu's progression of flavors is evident from a "cool" start to the ultimate flavorful entree.

This event is so popular that we hold a lottery for reservations. There is no advertising of the menu, so Members arrive to this evening with no knowledge of what they will be enjoying throughout the night.
