BMI Food & Beverage Management

Developed with funding from The Club Foundation, BMI Food & Beverage Management provides you with an in-depth look at food and beverage operations from a management and control perspective.

Attendees will have the opportunity to visit River Oaks Country Club, the Briar Club, and 8th Wonder Brewery. A wine tasting and a beer and cheese tasting will also be included in the schedule.
