Daily educational programming including general education sessions and the Club Business Expo will take place at McCormick Place West Building, and some networking events will be held at the Marriott Marquis Chicago.
CMAA has contracted with multiple properties from which attendees can choose. All properties feature climate-controlled skybridges connecting to McCormick Place.
CMAA’s only authorized booking partner for the 2027 World Conference is PasskeyTM. The best way to book your hotel accommodation is through Passkey.
Once you complete your World Conference registration, your confirmation email will include a personalized link to book your hotel through the Passkey system to view hotel options, rates, and details. CMAA encourages you to reserve your room as soon as you register to secure the best availability. Early booking is recommended for this highly anticipated event.

- CMAA makes every effort to keep attendee expenses at the World Conference including registration fees and accommodation rates for the event as low as possible. We work diligently to negotiate the best hotel rates and to make the best use of your registration dollars to keep the Conference affordable. CMAA encourages all participants to reserve a room at these properties; this supports not only the 2026 World Conference, but also future meetings.
- Unauthorized housing companies known as “housing poachers” might contact you and identify themselves as being affiliated with CMAA or the World Conference and Club Business Expo. Lured by highly attractive rates, exhibitors, and attendees fall prey to these imposters losing significant deposits, discovering hidden costs, up front charges, or being bait and switched to hotel rooms they never booked. CMAA has no affiliation with third-party hotel brokers and hotel reservations should only be made using the link provided on this page to ensure guaranteed reservations.

Air Travel
The Chicago, IL, area is served by multiple airports:

Ground Travel
For regional travelers, Amtrak serves Chicago Union Station, located 2.7 miles from McCormick Place.

Parking
Daily educational programming will occur at the McCormick Place West Building, located at 2301 S. Indiana Ave, Chicago, IL.
Lot A is the primary lot for the West Building. Access the lot using the address, 2301 South Prairie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60616. Lot A: (8′ height clearance) is a six-level garage with 2,100 parking spaces located on Martin Luther King Drive, adjacent to the West Building. Covered walkways from Lot A leading directly into McCormick Place, Wintrust Arena, Marriott Marquis and Hyatt Regency McCormick Place Hotel also provide added convenience. Overnight parking is available in Lot A only.
There are three main parking lots on the McCormick Place campus. All are in close proximity and within walking distance to the convention complex and are ADA accessible.

The Marriott Marquis Chicago offers self and valet parking. Self parking is $27 per hour, and $40 per day. The daily valet fee is $60 per day.
The Hyatt Regency offers self and valet parking options beginning at $40 daily. Garage height is 6 feet, 3 inches.
