Student Chapter of the Year Award

The entry form is divided into three sections:
Section 1. Student Chapter President’s Paragraph
Section 2. Student Chapter Statistics
Section 3. Student Chapter Officer Reports

The CMAA Membership Committee judges Sections 1 and 3. The National Headquarters staff will judge Section 2.

For Section 2's statistics, please make sure your Student Chapter Secretary has submitted the meeting minutes and attendance rosters for all Chapter meetings/events/tours by May 15, 2024. Anything submitted to National Headquarters after May 15 will not be considered for judging. There is no additional information needed other than the meeting minutes for any meetings/events/tours.

We recommend that you create a word document with your answers for all three sections to copy and paste them onto the online form when you are ready.

All entry forms should be submitted no later than May 15, 2024. Late entries WILL NOT be accepted.

The Student Chapter of the Year award winners will be announced in September 2024 and will be presented during the 2025 World Conference and Club Business Expo. A plaque and a $1,000 World Conference Registration grant (funded by The Club Foundation) will be awarded to the winning Student Chapter in each size category. Winning Student Chapters will receive the grant by October 2024 so it can be applied to registration for the 2025 World Conference and Club Business Expo.
