Michelle Carrington

Michelle Carrington joined the CMAA Professional Development team in June 2023 as the Director of Educational Resources and Virtual Learning. Besides selecting and managing World Conference speakers and education offerings, she works to develop and deliver learning strategies for CMAA’s education outlets—conferences, events, online education, summits, and webinars.

Prior to joining the CMAA team, Michelle worked at the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) for 11 years managing NAHB education at headquarters, local home builder associations, and universities/colleges as well as trainings and pre-conference education at national offerings and the International Builders Show.

Michelle is a DC, Maryland, Virginia (DMV) native. Her hobbies include traveling, crocheting, crafting, and baking.
